掌象軍領象政管理商舶事務郡公臣阮德川，稽首頓首百拜謹奏： 爲臣本分加攽俸例并望閣例，全年錢貳千肆百貫，米壹千肆百肆拾方。於本年甲申，已領自柒月朔至拾貳月底，共陸箇月錢米訖。今臣家資支用所有不周，爲此冒昧，萬望聖慈加恩，準臣先領乙酉年正月朔至陸月底共陸箇月，錢壹千貳百貫、米柒百貳拾方支度。臣誠恐誠惶，不勝戰慄之至，謹奏。 明命五年拾壹月貳拾壹日題 臣阮德川 硃批：已降旨恩賞了，不必預支。再有不週處，不妨奏聞，於卿無所吝也。欽此。
