承天興運，皇帝制曰：
君為天地神人之主，位至重也。朕以涼德，入繼大統，十有九年于茲。賴有大法保護，及賢輔匡襄，以有今日。惟積憂成病，寔難克堪。禪位之事，我越陳黎有行之者。經商貴全權大臣，遴得皇五子永珊，應禪以位，以承尊廟社稷，非敢有私。朕退居別殿，俾資靜養。至如合行事宜，著由尊人廷臣商呈貴全權大臣擬辦。布告中外，咸使聞知。欽哉。
