皇越陳朝第六帝、章堯文哲太上皇帝，受天眷命，奄有中夏，薄海内外，罔不臣服。蕞爾哀牢，猶梗王化。
歲在乙亥，季秋，帝親率六師巡于西鄙，占城國世子、眞臘國、暹國及蠻酋道匡、葵禽、車勒，新附杯盆蠻酋道聲，車蠻諸部各奉方物，爭先迎見。獨逆俸執迷，畏罪未即來朝。季冬，帝駐蹕于密州巨屯之原，乃命諸將及蠻夷之兵入于其國，逆俸望風奔竄，遂降詔班師。
旹、開祐七年乙亥冬閏十二月日立石。
