蛸燒者，
明石燒所改飪也，以卵白烹軟糕者。昭和八年，食肆會津屋，實明石燒以牛肉、蒟蒻、醬油，售于大阪。或食客曰：「無蛸非明石燒也！」以其言，蛸燒出。
據
